Bernedoodles can come in a huge range of sizes. The Bernese Mountain Dog side passes on their huge dog genes because they can range from 70-115 lbs. It's the Poodle side that can shrink the size of the Bernedoodle down from a Bernese Mountain Dog size. It all depends on what type of Poodle.
Breeders say that F1 (First Generation) Bernedoodles will typically match what their poodle parent is. Toy poodle parent = toy Bernedoodle, etc. The new owners can be surprised when their Bernedoodle turns out much bigger than expected. Multigen Bernedoodles can be a little more predictable based on their parents.
Weight Prediction Formulas
Here are some math formulas that could help predict future weight.
Weight at (8 weeks) x 4.
A 10 lb puppy at 8 weeks could be a 40 lb adult.
Weight at (4 months) x 2
A 30 lb puppy at 4 months could be a 60 lb adult.

Other indicators for Bernedoodle adult weight
DNA Tests:
They can give estimates for a Bernedoodle's adult weight. However, I find that Embark can estimate 15 lbs too high.
Paw Size:
Puppies often have larger paws relative to their current body size if they are going to grow into larger dogs. This is because the paws need to support the increased weight and size of the adult dog.
Keep track of how the puppy's paws grow over time. Consistently large paws compared to body size often indicate larger adult size.
